INKspired Sketch Blog Hop 42 -

Hi everyone
Welcome to our INKspired Sketch Blog hop 42 -
You may have arrived from Renee
and I can't wait to see her creation this fortnight.
Now Teneale has given us this sketch
below to use.
I decided on a Christmas card using the Christmas Magic stampset. Used Emerald Envy cardstock as the
main card.

Placed Very Vanilla cardstock on top .
Stamped the train with Archival Basic Black ink and cut out with one of the Layering Circles Framelits and did a Real Red scallop edge framelit.
Coloured in using the Brights Stampin' Write markers and the Neutral Stampin' Write markers with
a Blender Pen.
Used some Clear Wink of Stella to highlight.
The Softly Falling textured impressions embossing folder was used to run a smaller section of Very Vanilla through.
A piece of the new Very Vanilla 1/2" Lace Trim finished it.

No wildlife tonight but my tulips are flowering and I thought I would show you
a couple of pics of them.

Now it is onto Louise to see what
 beautiful creation she has made

Thank you
for stopping by

  1. Great Maree, I love this little train, he is so nice to color. Great Job. Love the tulips, I think I am late putting them in as they are only peaking up through the dirt, that is 5 out of 8 are.

    1. Thanks Barb I love this set too hope it rolls over till next year. My tulips are great this year, I didn't take a pic of the ones that have their leaves all eaten by the roos!

  2. I love how you mixed the sketch up it looks great. Love that stamp set too.

    1. Thanks Renee I need to use this stamp more as everyone loves trains.

  3. I love that you highlighted the Christmas elements on the Christmas train, it's beautiful. Those tulips are stunning too!
