INKspired Sketch Blog Hop 22 -

Hello and welcome everyone to another INKspired Blog Hop, the fortnight sure goes fast. Just some quick pics of our friendly Wally the wombat who has got confused with what time he is supposed to be out chomping on the grass and then fertilizing it! The back view is not his most flattering but he is posed to run down the hill! I was less than a metre away!

You may have hopped across from Marlene who I am sure has made a wonderful card to share

Here is our sketch this fortnight - so pretty, Teneale.
Now here is my card. I kept it simple using some Bohemian DSP (love it!) with Bermuda Bay as the main card with a Very Vanilla front (as it is one of the colours in the DSP). Stampin' Up! now have a list of the colours on the back so that you can be co-ordinated - too easy)

Used a saying from the Sheltering Tree stamp set which means so much when you have good friends.
Punched some stars from the Silver Glimmer with the Confetti Stars punch as I wanted them small.
Punched a flower with the Petite Petals punch which I cut the leaves nearly down to the centre, scrunched it and added a small star to the middle.

I kept it simple and loved how it turned out.
What do you think? Let me know.

Now it is onto the lovely Narelle Macey,

can't wait to see what she has made..

Thank you for stopping by

  2. A really beautiful card Maree. Mum and I had talked about that Bohemian DSP this week as we have struggled with using it because it is so bold but you have shown it can look fabulous on a card.

    1. Thanks Teneale for your lovely comment. I have been trying to use it in different ways but kept it simple to let the DSP shine thru this hop.

Funny you mention keeping those little stars I had kept some to use and then couldn't find them,so had to punch some more out!
