INKspired Sketch Blog Hop 14

Hello and welcome to my blog. You may have just hopped across from Marlene's blog and enjoyed the card that she made this fortnight, so many great ideas and everyone does something gorgeous.

The pic I am going to share this fortnight has a little story with it. I was sitting quietly on the back wood area in the late afternoon watching the babies and the adult kangaroos come up to feed. The babies were playing and one picked up a sod of grass and dirt in his paws and I couldn't resist clicking away. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Now onto the sketch that Teneale has given us to work with:

I had a few different card ideas but what did I need ...a girlie birthday card with lace. I am loving the beautiful Sahara Sand lace so had to include that. Then I needed bright colours as she loves bright things. Used a bloom from "Bloom with Hope" (my sisters' would know the correct name for the flower).
I have been informed (lol) that it is a Gerbera

Used the background stamp-" Something Lacy"  and the happy birthday from the "From the Herd" stampset.
I changed  my mind a few times with this card on what was going into the squares..
Hope you like it as much as my friend will.
