INKspired Scrap add Plaid 125 -

Well hello and welcome to another sunday night blog hop. You may have hopped across from Allison McLeod and I can't wait to see what she has made

The inspiration for tonight from Teneale is to add Plaid to our creation. Well I am not a scrapper so I always make a card instead.

I started with the lovely Whisky Business stampset as my stamp of choice.
You always need male cards and this is a great set to use.

I started with Basic Black as my base and then added a piece of the Plaid Tidings DSP to the front of my card.

I then cut a Very Vanilla Label using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies. Stamped my whisky bottle & glass in Memento ink so that I could colour in using the Stampin' Blends. I added the words stamped in Cinnamon Cider to the front on a piece of Crushed Curry cardstock. Punched the end using the Banners Pick A Punch.

Now here is the inside of my card using Very Vanilla cardstock with a strip of the same dsp to finish it off. This is a card that you could easily make a few of once you have cut & stamped out. I usually colour whilst listening to the television or the radio at night.

Thank you for stopping by

Now it is onto Teneale Williams to see her creation

Until next time
Happy stamping, stay safe and
be kind to one another.

Kylie's International Blog Highlights October 2020 - Butterfly Beauty Thank You

Hello and welcome to Kylie Bertucci's October International Blog Highlights. I decided to join in again as it is a long weekend here in Australia and I had some spare time for creating. The top 10 winners will get to be part of an International blog hop so I would really appreciate you clicking on the voting button below and voting for me. You can vote for 5 cards so I would love mine to be one of them.

The theme is - Thank You

I love Butterflies and now that spring is upon us we start to see them fluttering around. I decided to use the Butterfly Beauty  Dies and cut one in Melon Mambo and the top one in Basic Black.

I started with a base of Melon Mambo and attached a piece of Soft Suede that had been embossed with the 3D Pinewood Planks. Reminds of the fence that the butterflies hover on at home. The words from Sending Sunshine were ideal for the front of my card inked in Memento on the Melon Mambo cardstock.

Now on the inside I attached a butterfly that I had cut off and stamped the words from the So Sentimental stampset that I love - "I can't Thank You enough".

Now below is the button to click on which will take you to see all the amazing cards everyone has made. Please take the time to pop in and check them out.

Until next time
Happy stamping, stay safe and
be kind to one another.

INKspired Sketch Blog hop 124 -

Well hello everyone welcome - it is sunday night on the long weekend in Australia and the start of daylight saving where we in NSW and some other states turn our clocks forward an hour.

We have the sketch below that Teneale has given us to work with tonight and there are three of us hopping tonight. You may have hopped across from Katrina Healy and I can't wait to see what she has made.

Well I love this sketch and thought it suited the Designer Series Paper I have been playing with

this week - Flowers For Every Season. I love that it is a 6" pack.

Well I started with a base card of Misty Moonlight and then added a sheet of the dot paper - still  in Misty Moonlight such a pretty colour.

Then I added a strip of  Misty Moonlight across the "dotty" dsp and then cut three pieces of the flowers -  exactly the same size from the same pack and adhered them down with glue.

I cut another strip of the Misty Moonlight and stamped the word Hello in Versamark (which is from the  Forever Fern stampset) and embossed it in white. I cut the right end of the  strip with the Banners Pick A Punch.
Placed three Rhinestone Basic Jewels on my card and the outside was completed

Now for the inside I attached Whisper White cardstock with two different size strips of the Flowers for every Season dsp that I had used on the front.
The words on the inside are from the Timeless Tropical stampset.

Thank you for joining us tonight - please hop around and see what we have all made.

Now it is onto Jo Wilson and I can't wait  to see the gnome

Until next time
Happy stamping, stay safe and
be kind to one another.
