ESAD Goodbye Mini Catalogue Blog Hop -

Hello and welcome, we are saying goodbye to some wonderful items from the Mini Catalogue that ends soon. You may have hopped across from  Shannon Kissane  and I can't wait to see what she has used for tonight.

Please see at the end for the full paragraph on what ESAD stands for - in short we are  Extra Special Australasian Stampin Up! Demonstrators.

Well I have been loving the Gnome for Holidays stampset on page 23.

This is such a cute setand great for colouring - I had to make a couple of cards.
First one starts with Real Red cardstock with a piece of Pool Party that has been embossed with one of the Wrapped in Textures Embossing folders (page 9). You get two folders that you can use. They are smaller & they give you a lovely 8cm wide strip for your card. I added to the embossed piece a strip of the Balmy Blue Glimmer paper (page 37) - love a bit of glitz!

Then I cut a whisper white Stitched Nested Labels die and stamped the tree house onto it and coloured in. Used the trees from the Waterfront stampset as they fitted the height I needed. Did sponging of Mossy Meadow around the trees and sponged Pool Party above for the sky. Also the words are from the same stamp set.
Then on the inside I mad a step to attach the label die too. I also glued one behind so that the Stampin' Blends ink could not be seen from the back. The words are from To A Wild Rose stampset.

My second card is a Peekaboo card (my apologies found it hard to photograph).

Attached a piece of the Plaid Tidings DSP  ( page 57) to the front and stamped the Gnomes home and coloured it in. My little girl gnome is peeking in from the back.
You see from the picture below that I tried to show how it all folds together.

Then the picture below is the inside of the card with another gnome and the hidden message that pops across so that you don't see the girl.

Now thank you for stopping by and please hop around everyone and see all the amazing items made. Now it is onto Kelly Kent.

INKspired Colour Combo Challenge 128 -

Hello and welcome to our Sunday night blog hop.

You may have hopped across from  Julie Martin

and I can't wait to see what she has made.

Now below are the colours that Teneale has given us to work with and I thought male cards

for this combo and keep it simple.

Now I started with the Game On stamp set - a great male set.

I had two cards one Misty Moonlight & one Mossy Meadow as the base. I then embossed a piece of Sahara Sand with Bricks & Mortar 3D embossing folder and the other piece with Old World paper 3D embossing folder - love how they both came out and stamped the squares in Sahara Sand on them both. The card on the left I used all four colours and coloured the chess pieces in Rococo Rose. The one on the left I didn't use all four colours on. The layering squares go so well with this set and as you can see I switched the scalloped square to be opposite to the main card colour.

Used for the inside page  Very Vanilla cardstock and stamped the squares in Sahara Sand and the words in Memento - It's your day enjoy it!

Thank you for stopping by

Now it is onto Katrina Healy

and I can't wait to see what she has made for tonight.

Don't forget to pop around and see everyone's creations

Until next time

INKspired Colour Combo Blog hop 126 -

Hello and welcome everyone to another sunday night INKspired blog hop

Now you may have hopped across from

Allison McLeod and I can't wait to see what she has made.

Now I started with a few different cards but the colours were not working for me at all. I finally decided on Basic Gray as my base card and the used the Evergreen Forest 3D embossing folder on Shaded Spruce cardstock on top.

Stamped the car from Geared Up Garage stampset in memento ink and coloured with Merry Merlot Stampin' Write marker - no Stampin' Blend in this colour.
Used Basic Gray ink on the Just Jade cardstock for the words - You're a Classic.
Popped up my car with dimensionals.
I stamped the words- All Geared Up to celebrate and a toolbox on the inside in Basic Gray but forgot to take a picture - will add it tommorrow.

Thank you for stopping by.

Now it is onto Barb Williams and her creation.

Until next time
Happy stamping, stay safe and
be kind to one another.

INKspired Scrap add Plaid 125 -

Well hello and welcome to another sunday night blog hop. You may have hopped across from Allison McLeod and I can't wait to see what she has made

The inspiration for tonight from Teneale is to add Plaid to our creation. Well I am not a scrapper so I always make a card instead.

I started with the lovely Whisky Business stampset as my stamp of choice.
You always need male cards and this is a great set to use.

I started with Basic Black as my base and then added a piece of the Plaid Tidings DSP to the front of my card.

I then cut a Very Vanilla Label using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies. Stamped my whisky bottle & glass in Memento ink so that I could colour in using the Stampin' Blends. I added the words stamped in Cinnamon Cider to the front on a piece of Crushed Curry cardstock. Punched the end using the Banners Pick A Punch.

Now here is the inside of my card using Very Vanilla cardstock with a strip of the same dsp to finish it off. This is a card that you could easily make a few of once you have cut & stamped out. I usually colour whilst listening to the television or the radio at night.

Thank you for stopping by

Now it is onto Teneale Williams to see her creation

Until next time
Happy stamping, stay safe and
be kind to one another.

Kylie's International Blog Highlights October 2020 - Butterfly Beauty Thank You

Hello and welcome to Kylie Bertucci's October International Blog Highlights. I decided to join in again as it is a long weekend here in Australia and I had some spare time for creating. The top 10 winners will get to be part of an International blog hop so I would really appreciate you clicking on the voting button below and voting for me. You can vote for 5 cards so I would love mine to be one of them.

The theme is - Thank You

I love Butterflies and now that spring is upon us we start to see them fluttering around. I decided to use the Butterfly Beauty  Dies and cut one in Melon Mambo and the top one in Basic Black.

I started with a base of Melon Mambo and attached a piece of Soft Suede that had been embossed with the 3D Pinewood Planks. Reminds of the fence that the butterflies hover on at home. The words from Sending Sunshine were ideal for the front of my card inked in Memento on the Melon Mambo cardstock.

Now on the inside I attached a butterfly that I had cut off and stamped the words from the So Sentimental stampset that I love - "I can't Thank You enough".

Now below is the button to click on which will take you to see all the amazing cards everyone has made. Please take the time to pop in and check them out.

Until next time
Happy stamping, stay safe and
be kind to one another.

INKspired Sketch Blog hop 124 -

Well hello everyone welcome - it is sunday night on the long weekend in Australia and the start of daylight saving where we in NSW and some other states turn our clocks forward an hour.

We have the sketch below that Teneale has given us to work with tonight and there are three of us hopping tonight. You may have hopped across from Katrina Healy and I can't wait to see what she has made.

Well I love this sketch and thought it suited the Designer Series Paper I have been playing with

this week - Flowers For Every Season. I love that it is a 6" pack.

Well I started with a base card of Misty Moonlight and then added a sheet of the dot paper - still  in Misty Moonlight such a pretty colour.

Then I added a strip of  Misty Moonlight across the "dotty" dsp and then cut three pieces of the flowers -  exactly the same size from the same pack and adhered them down with glue.

I cut another strip of the Misty Moonlight and stamped the word Hello in Versamark (which is from the  Forever Fern stampset) and embossed it in white. I cut the right end of the  strip with the Banners Pick A Punch.
Placed three Rhinestone Basic Jewels on my card and the outside was completed

Now for the inside I attached Whisper White cardstock with two different size strips of the Flowers for every Season dsp that I had used on the front.
The words on the inside are from the Timeless Tropical stampset.

Thank you for joining us tonight - please hop around and see what we have all made.

Now it is onto Jo Wilson and I can't wait  to see the gnome

Until next time
Happy stamping, stay safe and
be kind to one another.

INKspired Colour Challenge 123 -

Hi and welcome to our sunday night hop. Teneale has given us an interesting colour challenge!

Now you may have hopped across from Julie Martin and I can't wait to see what she has done with these colours.

Now they are not my favourite colours combined together but we will see how we go - version 3 is kinda working

I started with Crumbcake as my base card. I then used Pear Pizzaz and ran it through the Greenery Embossing folder. I added a strip of Mossy Meadow to the right edge and then added this then to my crumbcake. Whisper White rectangle was cut out using the Rectangle Stitched Framelits dies and stamped Happy Birthday from the Peaceful Moments Stampset using Memento ink. The leaves were cut from Mossy Meadow as the base and Pear Pizzaz as the top of the leaf.

For the flower I washed Real Red ink over the Shimmery White cardstock and allowed it to dry. I then cut out the base and flower insert from the wash piece. The outline  of the flower was cut from Real Red cardstock.

Thank you for stopping by.

Now it is onto Katrina Healy and I can't wait to see her combination.

Until next time
Happy stamping, stay safe and
be kind to one another.
